It depends on the shop — we like to build custom solutions that actually fit how you work. Sometimes that comes together in less than a day; other times it takes longer, depending on what you need.

Do I need to replace my current loyalty setup?

No. This runs alongside whatever you already have — it doesn't require touching your point-of-sale.
