THE STORY

Why we started this.

Every shop already knows who its regulars are. The hard part is remembering them at the counter on a busy Saturday — and noticing when one stops coming in.

Regulars Club started with a simple observation: most small businesses already have a loyalty tool sitting inside their point-of-sale system, and almost nobody uses it. Not because it's broken. Because nobody set it up to actually get used — customers don't know what they're earning, and staff have a hundred other things to remember during a rush.

We didn't set out to replace anything. We set out to fix the part that was actually failing: the moment a customer looks at their account and has no idea how close they are to a reward, or whether they're even signed up at all.

THE FIRST SHOP

We tested the idea at St Pete Running & Coffee, our favorite local coffee shop, run by an amazing couple pouring real energy into the community. Fifty people signed up in the first week without anyone pushing it — proof the mechanics work. What mattered more: getting people to sign up was never the hard part. Getting a busy shop to keep talking about it was.

WHY WE DO THIS

This is personal. Before starting Regulars Club, we spent years building retention tools for a much larger company — work buried behind a dozen layers of process before it ever reached a customer. We wanted something a shop owner could set up in an afternoon and see working by the weekend.

Small businesses are where community actually happens — the same faces behind the counter, the shops that sponsor the youth team. A loyalty program isn't just a discount; done right, it's a reason to keep choosing that place over a chain. St. Petersburg is where we started, and we're building this for independent businesses wherever they are, one shop at a time.

That's also why every shop gets more than a card. We build you a simple numbers page and sit down with you to walk through it — because most owners didn't get into this business to become data people, and they shouldn't have to.
