Short answers. If yours isn't here, just ask — that's easier than reading anyway.
The basics
A punch card that lives on your customers' phones instead of the bottom of a bag — scan a code, get a punch, no app required.
No. Customers scan a code at the counter and that's it — no app, no account, no password to remember.
That's fine — this runs alongside whatever you already have. We're not asking you to rip anything out or migrate systems. If customers don't know what they're earning through your current setup, this is usually what's actually missing.
Setup & cost
It depends on the shop — we like to build custom solutions that actually fit how you work, rather than force a one-size-fits-all setup. Sometimes that comes together in less than a day; other times it takes longer, depending on what you need.
Free during the pilot. Pricing isn't locked yet, and pilot shops will help us land on what's fair before we set anything in stone.
No. This doesn't touch your point-of-sale at all — it's a separate, simple layer on top of what you're already running.
For your customers
They enter an email or phone number — that's the only thing required. Name and birthday are optional, and a birthday on file gets them a free coffee that day. It's only ever used to track their card, never sold or used to spam them.
Yes — every scan shows exactly where they stand, right on their phone. No lookup, no guessing, no points balance that needs a calculator.
Nothing is lost. Their punches are tied to the email or phone number they signed up with, not the device. On a new phone, they just scan the code again and enter the same info to pull their account right back up.
Working with us
We set it up in person, check in on how it's going, and help with the part that's actually hard — keeping a busy shop talking about it. If you need help beyond the punch card too — getting found locally, making sense of your ads, general marketing questions — we help with that as well.
Reach out anyway. Most of what we do starts as a conversation, not a sales pitch.
